Description
Our rooms are equipped with a double bed, a fridge and a large private bathroom.
The size is 20 square meters
All rooms have air conditioning and are reached by our WIFI network.
Covered parking is always included in all our accommodations.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of our facility.
The price includes:
- Sheets
- Towels (not for the pool)
- Breakfast
For late arrivals, early departures or unoccupied beds, 50% of the amount will be charged.
Towels are changed after 3 nights and cleaning is included for stays of at least 6 nights.
A paid laundry service is available
CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
- check in from 2.30 pm to 7.00 pm – in case of late check in € 50 will be charged
- check out by 10.30 am

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The deposit is not refunded if the cancellation is not made 15 days before the arrival date.
- The deposit is refunded net of bank charges.
- The change of the length of stay is free up to 15 days before the arrival date. After this deadline a penalty equal to 50% of the price of the unused nights will be applied.
- In case of late check in € 50 will be charged
- In accommodations with a kitchen, part of the deposit may be retained if the kitchenette is not left clean and free of waste.
- The management reserves the right to apply other improved conditions different from those stated above.
