The deposit is not refunded if the cancellation is not made 15 days before the arrival date.
The deposit is refunded net of bank charges.
The change of the length of stay is free up to 15 days before the arrival date. After this deadline a penalty equal to 50% of the price of the unused nights will be applied.
In case of late check in € 50 will be charged
In accommodations with a kitchen, part of the deposit may be retained if the kitchenette is not left clean and free of waste.
The management reserves the right to apply other improved conditions different from those stated above.
